Jason is a managing shareholder of the GrayRobinson Jacksonville office, concentrating his practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, banking and finance, and litigation. He represents individuals, corporations, institutional lenders, debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, committees, and equity groups in all types of bankruptcy and insolvency matters, including Chapters 7, 11, and 13 filings, proceedings, and post-confirmation activities, with an emphasis on banking and real estate, as well as investor fraud cases involving Ponzi schemes and receivership misconduct. Jason is a former president of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association, a former president of the Florida State University College of Law Alumni Board, and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator. He has been recognized by Chambers USA for bankruptcy and restructuring from 2016 to 2024, and by Best Lawyers in America from 2018 to 2026, including Lawyer of the Year in 2022.

Brian is a shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Miami office, concentrating his practice on criminal and white-collar defense in state and federal jurisdictions. He represents C-suite executives, corporations, elected officials, government employees, athletes, entertainers, and individuals facing a wide range of criminal allegations, including bank and bankruptcy fraud, healthcare fraud, securities violations, money laundering, RICO violations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, cybercrimes, and tax evasion, as well as sensitive cases involving domestic violence and sexual assault. Brian currently serves as president of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers and previously served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America from 2013 to 2026 and by Florida Super Lawyers from 2006 to 2025, including inclusion on the Top 100 Miami list from 2018 to 2020.

Steven is Bankruptcy Section Chair and Managing Shareholder of the GrayRobinson Miami office, concentrating his practice on insolvency, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. He represents debtors, creditors, trustees, receivers, assignees, liquidating officers, and other appointed fiduciaries in business insolvencies, including bankruptcy, receiverships, dissolutions, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and liquidations, as well as in distressed asset sales, preference and fraudulent transfer actions, and corporate governance matters. Steven is he immediate past Chair of the Board of Directors of Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired and a continuing board member. He has been recognized by Chambers USA for bankruptcy and restructuring from 2012 to 2025, Super Lawyers from 2006 to 2025, and by Best Lawyers in America from 2010 to 2026.
