The CIPP/US designation is a highly respected credential in the privacy field and demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of U.S. privacy laws, regulations, and enforcement frameworks. The certification reflects Jennifer’s deep understanding of the evolving legal landscape governing data protection and regulatory compliance.
Jennifer is a member of the Intellectual Property (IP) Section and is based in the Jacksonville office. Board-certified by The Florida Bar in IP Law, she focuses her practice on technology transactions, licensing, data privacy, and IP. A business-minded and creative advisor, she assists clients with the selection, procurement, protection, enforcement, and licensing of IP rights and proprietary information. Jen collaborates with large corporations, nonprofit and religious organizations, start-ups, internet, technology, and software companies, and individuals operating in the entertainment sector.
