GrayRobinson Deepens Litigation Bench with Addition of Dedicated Commercial Litigators Andrew J. Wozniak and Bryan Yarnell

ORLANDO, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Andrew J. Wozniak and Bryan Yarnell have joined its Litigation Section as of counsel.

Wozniak, based in the firm’s Naples office, focuses his practice on commercial, construction, real estate, probate, and trust litigation. His experience encompasses various business sectors, including real estate, construction, and strategic commercial litigation prosecution and defense. Wozniak has additional experience with commercial and residential foreclosures, creditor and debtor law, construction defect litigation, condominium and homeowner association disputes, real estate litigation, and probate and trust litigation.

Wozniak received his Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Scranton. He is an active member of The Florida Bar and the Collier County Bar Association.

Yarnell, based in the firm’s Melbourne office, has more than 25 years of trial experience and a distinct commercial litigation and construction sector practice. His vast experience includes drafting operating agreements, handling various transactional matters, and providing crucial support to construction companies across the state. Yarnell has a versatile legal background, serving in outside general counsel roles where he provided guidance on SEC compliance, contract matters, and complex healthcare and business-related issues. Before practicing law, he served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, the Louisiana Army National Guard, and as an officer in the U.S. Navy, where he taught Nuclear Physics at the Naval Nuclear Power School in Orlando, Fla.

Yarnell received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, cum laude, and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, summa cum laude, from Louisiana Tech University. He is admitted to practice in Florida before the Florida Middle and Southern District Bankruptcy Courts; the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida; and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Yarnell is also licensed in Texas and is admitted to all federal district courts in Texas.

Wozniak and Yarnell’s announcement follows the recent addition of Shareholders Ian Kukoff and Phillip Hutchinson to the Litigation Section.
