FORT MYERS, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Kaylee Tuck has joined its Real Estate and Land Use Section as of counsel. Based in the Fort Myers office, Tuck focuses her practice on commercial and residential sales and leases, development, land use, and survey matters. She also currently serves as a member of the Florida House of Representatives District 83, which includes Glades, Hardee, Highlands, and Okeechobee Counties.
Tuck is highly experienced in providing land use counsel and representation to private-sector commercial developers and members of the telecommunications and broadband industries. Before her legal career, she served as an intern for the Office of Fiscal Integrity within the Florida Department of Financial Services and as a policy analyst with the Florida State University (FSU) Social Entrepreneurship Program, evaluating the sustainability of converting the dilapidated buildings into high quality and affordable migrant farmworker housing.
Tuck received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Economics from FSU. She is admitted to practice in Florida and is an active member in multiple sections of The Florida Bar, including the City, County & Local Government Law; Environmental & Land Use Law; Real Property, Probate & Trust; and Young Lawyers Sections.
