WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Dane Leitner has joined its Litigation Section as shareholder in the West Palm Beach office, where he provides strategic guidance on issues related to business, real estate litigation, and family law.

Leitner focuses his practice on protecting clients’ interests in business and personal matters, approaching each case with a problem-solving mindset to avoid litigation and minimize costs. He serves as general counsel for multiple Florida companies and maintains extensive experience in business litigation, contract disputes, derivative actions, restrictive covenants, corporate governance, business formation, shareholder contracts, and other general business matters. Leitner also handles real estate litigation, representing buyers, sellers, property owners, and tenants, and provides counsel on condominium and homeowner law in residential and commercial transactions. He brings additional experience in marital and family law matters related to prenuptial agreements, divorce, paternity, child support, and timesharing.

Leitner received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminology from Florida State University. He is actively affiliated with Business Network International’s West Palm Beach chapter, the West Palm Beach County Bar Association, and multiple sections within The Florida Bar. Leitner is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
