GrayRobinson today announced Shareholder Carlos Reyes has been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a circuit court mediator for two years, effective March 31, 2023. In this role, appointed by circuit court judges and private parties, he will serve as a neutral and impartial mediator focused on helping, encouraging, and facilitating parties as they work through issues and explore alternatives through mediation. He will assist parties in reaching a voluntary agreement to help settle their cases short of trial. Carlos has been a prudent litigator and polished negotiator protecting clients in challenging litigation and commercial real estate matters for over 30 years.
