GrayRobinson Shareholder Ken McArthur Joins NCPA’s Newly-formed Legal Committee

GrayRobinson today announced Shareholder Kenneth “Ken” McArthur, Jr. has joined the newly formed Legal Committee of the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA). The Legal Committee, which NCPA General Counsel Matt Seiler oversees, analyzes and discusses legal issues relevant to NCPA members and comprises a select group of attorneys from around the U.S. with extensive experience representing community pharmacists and a demonstrated commitment to independent pharmacy.

“Ken is a highly-respected attorney with a long history of service to independent pharmacy,” said Seiler. “I am delighted that he has agreed to join our Legal Committee.”

McArthur is a member of the GrayRobinson Health Care Team, which has extensive experience working with pharmacists, pharmacies, and pharmacy organizations in nearly all 50 states across the U.S. McArthur has represented independent pharmacies and their supporting organizations nationwide for more than 28 years. In addition to providing legal services to thousands of pharmacies, he has served in numerous litigation, regulatory, and government relations matters as a consultant on the subjects of pharmacy law, pharmaceutical care, pharmacy benefit management, prescription drug benefit plans, prescription drug pricing practices, and the roles of pharmacists and pharmacies in the U.S. health care system. Having taught pharmacy law at the graduate school level and served clients from every segment of the U.S. pharmaceutical supply chain, McArthur has an uncommonly deep knowledge of pharmacy law and the U.S. pharmaceutical industry.
