GrayRobinson today announced Stephanie Carman has been appointed to serve as President-elect of the University of Miami Law Alumni Association Board of Directors for the 2022-2023 membership year. In this role, Carman will share her time and resources with the School of Law and her community to help strengthen the school’s position among the nation’s best law schools. The Law Alumni Association Board of Directors is the governing body of the Alumni Association and the more than 25,000 active alumni of the University of Miami School of Law, located throughout all 50 states and in over 85 countries, with over 14,000 in the state of Florida. Board Members serve as ambassadors for the School by working to engage alumni globally and reconnect them with their alma mater. Carman is a shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Miami and Washington, D.C. offices, focusing her practice on the health care industry. She provides strategic advice on regulatory and compliance issues, transactions, investigations, and litigation and is ranked in Chambers and Partners USA. Carman has served in multiple leadership roles with the University of Miami School of Law Alumni Board for a number of years.
