ORLANDO, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced William "Billy" Dove has joined its Eminent Domain Team in the Orlando office.
Dove focuses his practice on eminent domain and property rights litigation. He has experience coordinating permitting reviews for large-scale infrastructure projects, drafting and analyzing federal regulations and environmental reviews, and defending personal injury and general liability matters. Dove previously served as an expert consultant at the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council, as well as a senior appointee at the U.S. Department of the Interior and a policy aide in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Dove received his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Montana State University. He also served overseas as a former military intelligence sergeant in support of Operations Inherent Resolve and Spartan Shield.
