GrayRobinson today announced Shareholder Anastasia Protopapadakis has achieved certification from the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit mediator for a two-year period effective April 1, 2022. In her role as a mediator, Protopapadakis will reduce obstacles to communication, assist in the identification of issues and exploration of alternatives, and otherwise facilitate voluntary agreements resolving the dispute.
Protopapadakis has 15 years of experience in all state and federal courts throughout Florida and the 11th Circuit. She is available to mediate areas including, employment claims, non-compete and non-solicit litigation, Title VII, FCRA, 1981, and 1983 claims, ADA litigation, municipal litigation, personal injury litigation, education claims, IDEA claims, breach of contract claims, commercial litigation, funeral and cemetery claims.
