Stephanie Marchman, C. Richard Nail, and Ron Ponzoli Reelected to The Florida Bar Board of Governors

Florida – December 14, 2020 – Labor and Employment Attorney Stephanie M. Marchman, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Gainesville law firm office, Family Law Attorney, C. Richard Nail, of counsel in GrayRobinson’s Lakeland law firm office, and Civil Trial Attorney Ronald P. "Ron" Ponzoli, Jr., shareholder in GrayRobinson’s West Palm Beach office, were reelected to The Florida Bar’s Board Governors for a two-year term. Nail was reelected to his 6th two-year term, Marchman was reelected to her 3rd two-year term, and Ponzoli was reelected to his 5th two-year term. In this role, they will have authority to formulate and adopt matters of policy concerning the activities of the Bar, subject to limitations imposed by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.

Marchman represents businesses, governmental entities, and nonprofit organizations in the areas of labor, employment, civil rights, business disputes, Sunshine Law, board governance, and general counsel. She is Past President of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association and North Central Florida Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and Past Chair of The Florida Bar’s Federal Court Practice Committee and Eighth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee.

Nail is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar, focusing his practice exclusively on family law litigation matters. He is one of the founding members of the Tampa Bay Collaborative Divorce Group and has served as chair of the Florida Bar Certification Committee for Marital and Family Law. He also served as a member of the Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education, and was past President of both the Lakeland Bar Association and the Clearwater Bar Association.

Ponzoli is chair of GrayRobinson’s religious organizations practice group. He focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death actions, partnership and shareholder disputes, complex tort litigation, construction defect actions, and defending religious organizations. He is a past president of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, a past chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Professionalism Committee and is an emeritus member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court.
