GrayRobinson Shareholder Robert C. Furr, who represents Don King's DK Arena in its Chapter 11 reorganization, spoke with The Palm Beach Post about the proposed $55 million sale of the former Palm Beach Jai Alai fronton in Mangonia Park. Robert explained that the initial bid would set the floor for an upcoming auction and that he expects the final price to exceed $60 million, with interest in the 53-acre site coming from both housing developers and groups hoping to build a sports arena.

"In all my years of selling real estate in bankruptcy, I have never seen a property which generated so much interest before it was placed on the market," Robert told The Palm Beach Post. "This is a very unusual property in which the interest is extremely high."
