Dedicated attorney with hands-on legal experience and a sharp analytical approach.

Christina Epperson is an associate attorney in the GrayRobinson Orlando office focusing on local government affairs, labor and employment, and appellate and trial support. She advises municipalities, public entities, and private clients on compliance with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations, with particular focus on Sunshine Law, public records, code enforcement, and land use. Christina’s local government work centers on contract drafting and negotiation, statutory interpretation and application, and quasi-judicial decision-making and appeals. Christina works closely with clients to provide practical, solution-oriented counsel on day-to-day governance and operational issues while helping ensure regulatory compliance and minimizing litigation risk.

In addition to her local government practice, Christina represents public and private clients in labor and employment matters at both the administrative and state court levels. Her experience includes handling employment disputes, administrative proceedings, workplace investigations, and matters involving employee discipline, discrimination, retaliation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Christina also supports trial and appellate litigation through extensive legal research, motion practice, and strategic analysis of complex legal issues. She assists trial counsel by identifying and analyzing salient legal questions, preparing dispositive and evidentiary motions, and developing litigation strategies to position key issues for successful review on appeal.
