Candace Brascomb is a seasoned litigator with a decade of experience working within Florida’s government. She regularly utilizes her background in state government to connect her clients with opportunities and advocate for legislation supporting Florida businesses. Candace coordinates with state representatives, senators, and advisors to achieve her clients’ goals in various subject areas, including health care, labor and employment, and defamation.

Candace’s background includes working as a prosecutor at the Florida Department of Health, managing a team of attorneys and working closely with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the federal Drug Enforcement Administration. She joined GrayRobinson after working as an analyst for the Florida House of Representatives, advising on judicial legislation and legislative programs, and serving as a resource for legislative committees, providing guidance on policy-making and legislation.
