Kevin Jogerst is a federal government affairs advisor focused on legislative strategy, policy analysis, and impactful communications. Born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, he brings a deep understanding and personal connection to the issues shaping his home state and its communities. An exceptional writer and disciplined legislative analyst, Kevin helps advance client priorities through thoughtful advocacy, clear messaging, and results-driven engagement in Washington.

Kevin advises private corporations, governmental entities, public agencies, trade associations, and nonprofit organizations on federal advocacy strategies designed to secure funding, influence policy, and advance legislative solutions. He has strong working relationships with members of Congress and staff and provides advocacy through coalition-building, strategic messaging, and written communications, including op-eds and policy materials. With a detail-oriented and collaborative approach and strong analytical skills, Kevin helps clients translate each unique priority into effective federal engagement.

Prior to joining GrayRobinson’s Government Affairs and Lobbying Section, Kevin served in active congressional roles that helped expand his policy experience and sharpen his communications skills. As press secretary for Rep. Barry Loudermilk and legislative aide for Rep. Scott Franklin, Kevin helped manage complex policy portfolios, coordinated with congressional staff and external stakeholders, addressed constituent matters, and supported the advancement of legislative agendas, experiences that provide him with a practical, inside understanding of congressional policy and operations. Kevin began his career working as a legislative assistant in the Florida Senate, subsequently managing Florida Senate and U.S. congressional campaigns before moving to Washington to work on Capitol Hill.
