Shea Moser focuses his practice on litigation, with a particular emphasis on maritime and transportation industry disputes. He represents clients in a wide range of civil and commercial cases in both state and federal courts, including complex contract claims, cargo and logistics disputes, and vessel-related litigation. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia, as well as multiple federal district courts throughout both states.

With nearly two decades of experience, Shea has handled matters involving maritime operations, transportation claims, and commercial leasing conflicts. He has held leadership roles within the Jacksonville Bar Association and is an active member of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute. His approach is rooted in practical problem-solving, whether advising business clients, litigating disputes, or helping maritime and transportation industry clients navigate evolving legal challenges.
