Richard Danese represents clients in a wide array of complex commercial litigation, with particular strength in banking and finance, real estate, and government disputes. Through his client-centered approach, he works collaboratively to evaluate all available options and resolve disputes swiftly and efficiently, with business continuity goals and objectives always top of mind. Richard is also certified as a Florida Supreme Court circuit court mediator, with a deep appreciation for artful negotiation and the value of creative solutions.

As part of his expansive portfolio, Richard has helped clients navigate every stage of the litigation process, from the initial discovery through settlement negotiations, trials, and the appeals process. His diverse experience includes challenging cases involving securities, labor and employment, probate, bankruptcy, condominium and landlord-tenant law, defamation, and land use and municipality disputes.
