Natalie concentrates her practice on a broad range of construction topics, serving a diverse clientele that includes commercial property and business owners, general contractors, architects, engineering firms, and public entities. Board-certified in Construction Law, she focuses primarily on the careful drafting and negotiation of contracts for a wide variety of construction projects throughout Florida, including healthcare facilities, airports, office buildings, condominiums, and restaurants.

In addition to contract matters, Natalie has significant experience in construction-related litigation. She regularly defends clients against tort and professional malpractice claims, assesses mechanic’s lien issues, and litigates construction defect disputes. Her deep understanding of both the legal and operational sides of construction enable her to deliver strategic, results-driven counsel from project inception to final resolution.
