Representing clients in civil matters at the trial and appellate levels, with a strong foundation in appellate procedure, legal analysis, and strategic insight to navigate complex challenges.

Remee Farah focuses her practice on civil litigation and appellate matters. She provides trial support by drafting dispositive motions, developing legal arguments, and identifying potential issues for appeal with a focus on preservation of error. She handles a wide range of appellate matters, including motions, direct and interlocutory appeals, and petitions for extraordinary relief. She draws on over two years of clerkship experience to evaluate legal issues and develop clear, well-supported arguments.

Before joining GrayRobinson, Remee served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lori S. Rowe and the Honorable Robert E. Long, Jr. at Florida's 1st District Court of Appeal. The clerkship provided her with a firm understanding of appellate procedure, firsthand insight into judicial decision-making, and familiarity with a broad range of civil appeals involving complex commercial and business disputes, personal injury and tort claims, and real property and land use matters, as well as administrative, criminal, and family law appeals and probate and juvenile proceedings. She brings that experience and perspective to GrayRobinson, where she helps clients navigate complex litigation to achieve their objectives.
