GrayRobinson Regulated Products Section Chair Elizabeth DeConti to Speak on Marketing in a Regulated World at Virtual P2PI Learning Lab

October 8, 2026

GrayRobinson is pleased to share Regulated Products Section Chair Elizabeth A. DeConti will present "Marketing in a Regulated World: the Future of Beverage Alcohol Compliance" during the Path to Purchase Institute (P2PI) virtual Learning Lab on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 1:00 pm ET.

As beverage alcohol marketing expands into social media, digital promotions, loyalty programs, and artificial intelligence (AI), questions continue to grow about what brands, retailers, and suppliers can and cannot do. Elizabeth's session will break down the legal considerations for developing and executing promotions, including the fundamentals of tied house and temperance laws, sweepstakes and consumer promotion regulations, and how existing rules apply to social and digital media. It will also examine emerging compliance considerations for AI-generated advertising, including recent guidance from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau.

Based in the firm's Tampa office, Elizabeth focuses her practice on alcohol beverage and food law regulation, licensing, compliance, and promotion. For more than 25 years, she has represented major alcohol suppliers, wholesalers, national chain retailers, and hospitality industry clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies on matters ranging from complex commercial litigation and franchise disputes to digital advertising compliance, sweepstakes regulations, and large-scale liquor license transactions. Fluent in French and Italian, she also advises European clients and foreign entities on international matters, including winery acquisitions and cross-border regulatory compliance. She has been consistently recognized by Chambers USA in Food and Beverages: Alcohol and by Best Lawyers in America in Administrative/Regulatory Law.
