GrayRobinson is pleased to share General Counsel and Labor and Employment Deputy Section Chair Stephanie Marchman will present "Modern Challenges: Technology in the Practice of Law," at the 2026 Family Law Section Leadership Retreat, hosted by The Florida Bar, on August 28, 2026, in Charlotte Harbor, Florida.
Stephanie's presentation will explore generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) applications, benefits, and challenges in the legal profession; the work of The Florida Bar's Committee on Technology; cyberattacks targeting law firms and the courts; and tools and resources available to attorneys navigating these issues.
Based in the firm's Gainesville office, Stephanie is board-certified in Labor and Employment Law by The Florida Bar. She represents private and public sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including arbitrations, state and federal litigation, high-profile workplace investigations, labor negotiations, and constitutional and sunshine law matters. Stephanie is an adjunct professor of Employment Discrimination Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She serves on The Florida Bar Board of Governors as the 8th Judicial Circuit representative, is chair of the Board of Governors' Technology Committee and was appointed to the 2026-2027 Executive Committee. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America from 2022 through 2027, including being named the Best Lawyers 2027 Labor Law – Management “Lawyer of the Year” in Jacksonville. She has also been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers from 2023 through 2025 and as a Florida Trend Legal Elite NOTABLE – Women Leaders in Law honoree in 2025.
