GrayRobinson is pleased to share Shareholder Roger Handberg will speak at two sessions during the LeadingAge Southeast 63rd Annual Convention and Exposition, taking place July 13-15, 2026, in Orlando, Florida.
Roger will present "Elder Fraud: Best Practices for Protecting Your Seniors" on Monday, July 13, 2026, from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm, part of the Assisted Living and HR/Finance tracks. He will also join "Housing Management Legal Discussion" on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, from 10:15 am to 11:15 am, part of the Housing Community Staff and Housing Leadership tracks.
Based in the firm's Orlando office, Handberg brings more than two decades of prosecutorial and litigation experience to the firm's criminal and white-collar defense practice. He previously served as U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, where he directed an office of more than 120 attorneys, and earlier held senior posts within the U.S. Department of Justice and the Florida Attorney General's Office. Handberg was appointed to The Florida Bar's Criminal Procedure Rules Committee for a term beginning July 1, 2026, and previously chaired the Florida Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's White Collar Crime Committee.
