GAINESVILLE, Fla. – GrayRobinson is pleased to share General Counsel and Labor and Employment Deputy Section Chair Stephanie Marchman will present "AI in the Workplace: Implications for Employers," at the 16th Annual Gainesville-Alachua County Employment Law Seminar on June 30, 2026. 

Stephanie's presentation will cover a range of timely topics, including the use of AI to automate HR functions such as hiring and performance evaluations, AI as a potential form of reasonable accommodation, employer policy considerations around AI use, and AI's broader impact on employee productivity and the workforce. Her session will examine how artificial intelligence intersects with employment law and what that means for businesses today. 

Based in the firm’s Gainesville office, Marchman is board-certified in Labor and Employment Law by The Florida Bar. She represents private and public sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including arbitrations, state and federal litigation, high-profile workplace investigations, labor negotiations, and constitutional and sunshine law matters. Marchman is an adjunct professor of Employment Discrimination Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She serves on The Florida Bar Board of Governors as the 8th Judicial Circuit representative, is incoming chair of the Board of Governors’ Technology Committee, and was appointed to the 2026-2027 Executive Committee. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America 2022-2026, Florida Super Lawyers 2023-2025, and Florida Trend Legal Elite NOTABLE – Women Leaders in Law, 2025.
