June 4, 2026

GrayRobinson is pleased to announce Associate Attorney Victoria Morales will present on “Marshalling Assets” at the National Business Institute's (NBI) Florida Estate Administration From Start to Finish CLE webinar on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 10:55 am ET.

Victoria’s segment will cover the procedures for locating and marshalling both probate and non-probate assets, including safe deposit boxes and bank accounts, real estate, and brokerage accounts, 401(k)s, IRAs, pensions, and life insurance policies. She will also walk attendees through the sample forms and documents needed during the process and address how to work with appraisers to properly value property of probate estates.

Based in the firm's Melbourne office, Victoria focuses her practice on elder law and wealth transfer strategies for individuals and families. Sensitive to the complexities of end-of-life, long-term care, probate, and guardianship issues, Victoria aims to alleviate the stress often associated with these matters. She guides clients through options for long-term care and Medicaid planning, recognizing the personal sensitivities involved and fostering clarity at every stage. Victoria previously served as press and communications secretary and deputy field director for New York State Senator Phil Boyle, where she conducted research and drafted reports on economic development and social justice. She is a member of the Brevard County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and the Elder Law Section; Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; and Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar.
