GrayRobinson is pleased to share Regulated Products Section Chair Elizabeth DeConti led "Using AI in Alcohol Advertising" at the Women of the Vine & Spirits Live Chat on May 12, 2026.
Elizabeth's presentation examined the compliance considerations alcohol brands must navigate as they increasingly adopt AI-generated imagery in their marketing. The discussion addressed the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) guidance on the use of AI-generated images in alcohol beverage advertising and what it signals about the regulatory environment, as well as how AI-generated content remains subject to federal regulations governing wine, distilled spirits, and malt beverages. The session was designed to help industry professionals understand how to embrace this innovative tool while remaining compliant with established advertising rules and regulations.
Based in the firm’s Tampa office, Elizabeth focuses her practice on alcohol beverage and food law regulation, licensing, compliance, and promotion.
