GrayRobinson is pleased to share Shareholder Roger Handberg served as a panelist for the "Federal Business Litigation: Bench and Bar Perspectives on Federal Court for In-House and Outside Counsel" CLE event on May 5, 2026, at 12:00 pm ET at the George C. Young Federal Annex Courthouse in Orlando, Florida. The program was presented by the Orlando Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the Central Florida Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the Bench Bar Fund of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Drawing on his experience as a former federal prosecutor, Roger discussed criminal and white collar defense topics that in-house counsel should be aware of, with a focus on helping corporate legal teams proactively identify and avoid potential legal exposure. His presentation will cover key regulatory matters, antitrust issues and other areas of white collar criminal law that increasingly intersect with the day-to-day responsibilities of in-house counsel.

As the former U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, one of the largest and most active federal jurisdictions in the country, Roger has a national reputation for successfully managing major financial crime, public corruption, and regulatory enforcement cases.
