GrayRobinson Shareholder Nikki Day to Present on AI in Government at CCLGLS 49th Annual Conference

GrayRobinson is pleased to announce Shareholder Nikki Day will present at the 49th Annual City, County and Local Government Law Section (CCLGLS) Conference on Friday, April 24, 2026, in Hollywood, Fla. She will also participate in the CCLGLS Executive Council Meeting during the same conference. The conference is sponsored by The Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee, the CCLGLS, and supported by numerous firms in the local government field – including GrayRobinson, P.A.

Nikki will present, “AI in Government: Growing Pains and Governance,” addressing emerging legal and policy considerations surrounding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in government. The session will examine governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and practical challenges facing public sector attorneys as agencies adopt and regulate AI technologies. 

Based in the firm’s Tampa office, Nikki brings over a decade of dedicated experience representing local government entities in a wide array of legal matters. Board-certified by The Florida Bar in City, County, and Local Government Law, she provides invaluable counsel on capital projects, procurement, contracts, land use, zoning, and public private partnerships. Nikki also holds a Certificate in the Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, and a Certificate in Agentic AI from the Harvard Data Science Initiative.
