GrayRobinson is pleased to share Regulated Products Section Chair Elizabeth DeConti will speak on the panel, “Litigation Update: What is New and Important to You!” at the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association (NABCA) 33rd Annual Symposium on Alcohol Beverage Law & Regulation on March 16, 2026, in Arlington, Virginia. The annual NABCA Legal Symposium convenes attorneys, regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders from across the country to discuss the most pressing legal and regulatory developments affecting the alcohol beverage industry. 

Elizabeth’s session will explore emerging changes and trends in alcohol-related litigation, highlighting jurisprudential shifts in constitutional and administrative law and how these developments may impact industry operations. Panelists will also discuss notable state cases developing across the country and examine how these dynamics intersect with the unique federalism framework shaped by the 21st Amendment. 

Based in the firm’s Tampa office, Elizabeth serves as a trusted advisor to clients in the ever-evolving alcohol beverage and food sectors. For more than 25 years, she has helped clients navigate all aspects of alcohol beverage and food law regulation, licensing, compliance, and promotion. Representing clients in front of state and federal courts and administrative agencies, her practice focuses on the rules, regulations, trends, and business best practices governing the marketing, sale, and consumption of malt beverages, wine, distilled spirits, and other regulated products. Her clients include major alcohol suppliers, wholesalers, national chain retailers, marketing companies, and other members of the hospitality industry.
