The annual NABCA Legal Symposium convenes attorneys, regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders from across the country to discuss the most pressing legal and regulatory developments affecting the alcohol beverage industry.
Elizabeth’s session will explore emerging changes and trends in alcohol-related litigation, highlighting jurisprudential shifts in constitutional and administrative law and how these developments may impact industry operations. Panelists will also discuss notable state cases developing across the country and examine how these dynamics intersect with the unique federalism framework shaped by the 21st Amendment.
