GrayRobinson is pleased to share Associate Attorney Hunter Patrick will present “Top 10 Employment Matters” during the UF Innovate Lunch and Learn on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 12:00 pm at The Hub in Gainesville, Florida.
The program will bring together entrepreneurs, startup founders, and emerging growth companies for a practical discussion focused on navigating employment challenges in the early stages of business development. During the session, Hunter will highlight the most common and critical employment issues startups face, including hiring and classification decisions, wage and hour compliance, anti-discrimination obligations, employment agreements, and foundational HR policies. Designed to provide clear, actionable guidance, the presentation will help founders build compliant workplace practices, reduce legal risk, and position their companies for sustainable growth.
Hunter focuses his practice on labor and employment law and provides comprehensive counsel to employers across Florida. He regularly defends public and private sector employers in arbitrations and state and federal litigation. In addition to litigation, Hunter advises employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws and assists with transactional matters, such as drafting employee handbooks and employment agreements.
