GrayRobinson is pleased to share Shareholder Roger Handberg will present  “Worksite Immigration Compliance in an Evolving Landscape” at the Lee County Bar Association Immigration Law Section CLE on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the Lee County Justice Center in Fort Myers, Florida. 

During this CLE, Roger will explore the evolving landscape of worksite immigration compliance, focusing on Form I 9 completion and retention, E Verify obligations, and strategies for responding to federal inspections and audits. Attendees will gain practical insights into navigating I 9 inspections, worksite enforcement priorities, and the latest guidance from immigration authorities. Roger will also discuss the legal framework governing employer interactions with federal authorities, including exceptions to the warrant requirement and the use of federal search warrants during worksite investigations.
