The 90-minute panel will cover key legal and operational risks facing restaurant operators, including workplace violence, premises liability, food and beverage liability, third-party delivery risk, and operational compliance strategies. Alexis will address regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in the hospitality space, drawing on her experience advising clients in the alcohol beverage, food, and cannabis industries. Participants will gain practical insights to help reduce liability and strengthen operational procedures.
Alexis is a member of the GrayRobinson national Alcohol Law Team who focuses her practice on trade regulation and compliance guidance associated with mergers and acquisitions in the alcohol industry. Her experience includes work on multi-billion-dollar beverage industry mergers, combining her corporate law and alcohol law acumen.
