GrayRobinson is pleased to share Shareholder Roger Handberg spoke on immigration enforcement in the construction law context at the monthly meeting of the Construction Law Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar via teleconference on Monday, February 9, 2026. 

During the meeting, Roger provided attorneys with a practical overview of what they need to know about I-9 inspections and worksite enforcement actions, including the key dos and don’ts to help them advise clients effectively if faced with such situations.
