GrayRobinson Shareholder Nikki Day Presents on ‘Crypto for Counties’ at 2025 FACA Annual CLE Seminar

GrayRobinson is pleased to share Shareholder Nikki Day recently presented alongside City of Miami Deputy City Attorney Xavier Alban for an important discussion on how cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and the blockchain technologies on which they are based can transform counties and local government. The presentation was made to County Attorneys from across the State at the 2025 Florida Association of County Attorneys (FACA) Annual CLE Seminar. A recording of the CLE seminar will be available to all FACA members late summer with 13 CLE general and CCLG certification credits with The Florida Bar. During the session, Nikki explored the potential of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital assets to modernize local government operations, enhance transparency, and streamline public service. 

Nikki brings over a decade of dedicated experience representing local government entities in a wide array of legal matters. Board-certified by The Florida Bar in City, County, and Local Government Law, she provides invaluable counsel on capital projects, procurement, contracts, land use, zoning, and public private partnerships. Nikki also holds a Certificate in the Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
