GrayRobinson is pleased to share Shareholder Roger B. Handberg will be speaking on elder fraud during the Rotary Club of West Jacksonville meeting on September 10, 2025, at 12:30 pm.
As the former U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, Roger will be discussing recent trends in elder fraud scams, tips to protect against those scams, ways to report them to law enforcement, and the requirements imposed on health care, financial institution, and investment professionals by the Florida Adult Protective Services Act.
Roger is a seasoned attorney with more than three decades of experience handling criminal and civil matters, including more than two decades as a federal prosecutor. His practice encompasses assisting clients with internal and governmental investigations, white-collar and all types of criminal matters, False Claims Act defense, crisis management, compliance programs, data breach responses, and civil litigation in federal and state courts.
