Roger will reflect on his tenure as the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida and share insights into the office’s prosecution priorities, recent Justice Department initiatives, and emerging trends in federal cases.
Roger is a seasoned attorney with more than three decades of experience handling criminal and civil matters, including more than two decades as a federal prosecutor. His practice encompasses assisting clients with internal and governmental investigations, white-collar and all types of criminal matters, False Claims Act defense, crisis management, compliance programs, data breach responses, and civil litigation in federal and state courts.
