GrayRobinson is proud to recognize Boca Raton Deputy Managing Shareholder Stacey Mullins for her integral role as a featured presenter in the “Florida Family Law from A to Z” CLE session hosted by the National Business Institute (NBI). 

This informative and timely program brought together five seasoned family law practitioners to guide attendees through the critical aspects of Florida family law, offering practical tools, legal updates, and best practices for resolving complex family-related legal matters. The one-day session provided attorneys with valuable insights on everything from discovery procedures and custody arrangements to ethical considerations and financial planning in divorce.

Stacey led the “Legal Update – A Year in Review” segment, where she provided an in-depth analysis of recent developments in Florida family law. Her presentation focused on notable case law, amended statutes, and procedural rule changes—translating complex legal shifts into actionable strategies for attorneys practicing in this evolving field.

Other key topics covered in the program included child custody and visitation rights, valuation and division of marital assets, drafting enforceable consent agreements, and addressing the legal needs of non-traditional families.
