As the former U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, Roger will be discussing recent trends in elder fraud scams, tips to protect against those scams, and ways to report them to law enforcement.
Based in the firm’s Orlando office, Roger brings over two decades of frontline prosecutorial and litigation experience to the firm’s criminal and white-collar defense practice. As the former U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, Roger will be discussing recent trends in elder fraud scams, tips to protect against those scams, and ways to report them to law enforcement, and the requirements imposed on health care, financial institution, and investment professionals by the Florida Adult Protective Services Act.
