GrayRobinson Boca Raton Deputy Managing Shareholder Stacey Mullins presented "Navigating Complex Asset Cases" at the National Business Institute's (NBI) "Advanced Family Law in Florida" live online seminar.
Stacey’s presentation covered the various techniques used to identify and quantify complex assets in a divorce proceeding. She also touched on matters, including family business assets, complex retirement plans, stock option compensation, and financial misconduct, among others. Stacey is a collaboratively-trained attorney with extensive experience in the area of marital and family law. She is certified for practice by the Florida Supreme Court as well as a family law mediator.
The NBI seminar explored the most difficult areas of family law practice, allowed attendees to get solutions from a panel of seasoned attorneys, and provided CLE credit to participating attorneys. More information about this CLE credit opportunity can be found on the NBI website.
