MIAMI, FL – April 13, 2015 – GrayRobinson announced today that Kevin M. Levy will join the firm’s Miami office as a shareholder and chair of the Technology Transactions Group.
For nearly 20 years, Kevin has practiced business, corporate and technology law in the Miami area, representing U.S. and foreign-based technology companies, global corporations and entrepreneurial ventures. He counsels clients on technology transactions and mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate structuring. He has in-depth experience in the areas of licensing, Cloud-based services, e-commerce transactions, data privacy and security.

Active in furthering the technology movement in South Florida, Levy is co-chair of the Beacon Council’s Information and Technology Committee, and previously chaired the Florida Bar’s Computer and Technology Law Committee as well as the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Technology and Bioscience Committee. In addition, he has been a mentor for multiple incubators and accelerators and has been instrumental in collaborating with eMerge Americas, serving as the Legal Chair, Legal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Advisory Board and on the general Steering Committee.
Levy graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1992, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami in 1995.
