MIAMI, FL – March 23, 2015 – GrayRobinson announced today that Jack R. Reiter has joined the firm’s Miami office as a shareholder and as co-chair of the Firm’s Appellate practice group.
Reiter focuses on handling appeals and providing litigation support involving business disputes, product liability and insurance coverage issues on behalf of clients in a variety of industries. He is board certified in Appellate Practice by The Florida Bar. He has chaired both The Florida Bar’s Appellate Court Rules Committee and the Appellate Practice Section, as well as the Dade County Bar Association's Appellate Court Committee.
He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the American Bar Association Tort and Insurance Practice Section.

Reiter is experienced in handling original writ proceedings and appeals in both state and federal courts. He has broad experience assisting trial counsel with motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment and motions for mistrial, directed verdicts, jury instructions and new trials.
He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He has written extensively for The Florida Bar Journal and other legal publications.
