Reese Henderson Chairs Eighth Annual Florida Construction Law Institute

JACKSONVILLE, FL - March 16, 2015 - Jacksonville Shareholder, Reese J. Henderson, Jr., chaired the Eighth Annual Florida Construction Law Institute held on March 12-14, 2015 at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes resort in Orlando, Florida. Henderson also presented at the Institute on the topic of "Construction Liens in Arbitration." Held in conjunction with the Institute was the Advanced Construction Law Certification Review Course at  which he presented on the topic of AIA Form Documents A312 Bond Form, B101 Owner-Architect Agreement and A133 Owner-Construction Manager Agreement. This year’s Institute was Henderson’s second year as program chair and was attended by over 300 construction attorneys, construction consultants and other professionals.

Henderson is recognized as an expert in construction law by The Florida Bar as a board certified construction attorney. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating given, and was selected for inclusion in the 2011 to 2014 Florida Super Lawyers. He has more than 20 years of experience litigating a variety of construction-related matters for owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, materialmen, sureties, manufacturers and condominium associations.
