TAMPA, FL – December 1, 2014 – GrayRobinson, P.A., announced that Jennifer M. LaRocco has joined the firm’s Public Finance practice in Tampa. Ms. LaRocco will join attorneys Brian Fender and Frank Fleischer in the representation of Florida cities, counties, universities, school boards, aviation, port and other governmental authorities, and community development districts, as well as banking and other financial institutions, serving in the roles of bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriters’ counsel, trustee’s counsel and bank counsel.
Ms. LaRocco graduated with high honors from Eckerd College in 2001 with a degree in literature and from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2002 with a masters degree in English. She received her law degree summa cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2007, where she served as an editor of the Stetson Law Review. Ms. LaRocco joins GrayRobinson after practicing for several years with the Public Finance group of Nabors, Giblin and Nickerson, P.A. in Tampa, where she participated in the issuance of over $1 billion of tax-exempt and taxable debt. She has also practiced in the area of general transactional law, representing diverse corporate and individual clients in matters including procurement of financing, real estate acquisition and development, and corporate structuring.
