LAKELAND, FL – September 24, 2014 – Florida Governor Rick Scott has appointed Mark N. Miller, shareholder in GrayRobinson's Lakeland office, to the Judicial Nominating Commission covering Florida's Tenth Judicial Circuit. The term begins September 24, 2014, and ends July 1, 2018.
Miller is board certified in business litigation by The Florida Bar and has been practicing law for over thirty-five years. His admissions include the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mark received his B.A. from the University of Florida and his J.D. at Memphis State University.
