FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – GrayRobinson is pleased to announce Attorney Renee J. Adwar has been selected to participate in Leadership Broward Class XLV.
Leadership Broward is a nine-month leadership development program of the Leadership Broward Foundation. It begins with a two-day opening retreat in September, followed by monthly full-day sessions that give participants an in-depth look at the challenges, opportunities, and resources shaping Broward County. Each class also completes a community service project addressing a local need. Since 1981, the program has built a network of more than 1,600 alumni who serve on nonprofit and professional boards throughout the region.
Based in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office, Adwar represents clients in a broad range of real estate and business matters, with a focus on residential and commercial real estate transactions, lease reviews, title issues, and related disputes, including litigation. Her practice also includes corporate and business law matters, where she assists clients from entity formation through ongoing operations. Adwar represents clients in the purchase and sale of businesses and business assets, guiding transactions from contract drafting and negotiations through due diligence to closing. She is a member of the Federal Bar Association and The Florida Bar.
