TAMPA, FL – June 30, 2014 – Brian J. Fender, a shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Tampa office, has been appointed to the board of directors of the MacDonald Training Center, Inc. He will serve a three-year term. The MacDonald Training Center was founded in 1953 and continues to be a leader and innovator in service to people with developmental disabilities.
Fender practices in the areas of public finance, corporate, securities and real estate. He has represented a variety of clients from small businesses to large corporations, as well as banking and financial institutions, cities, counties, universities, school boards, hospitals, governmental financing pools, aviation authorities, port authorities and various special districts. Fender is a frequent speaker on finance law issues.
