MELBOURNE, Fla. – GrayRobinson is pleased to announce Associate Attorney Victoria Morales has been appointed to serve on the Ethics Committee for The Florida Bar's Elder Law Section.
The Elder Law Section's Ethics Committee reviews and addresses ethical issues specific to the practice of elder law, providing guidance to attorneys who represent aging clients and their families on matters such as long-term care planning, guardianship, and end-of-life decision-making. Committee members are appointed based on their standing within the Elder Law Section and their commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in this area of practice.
Based in the firm’s Melbourne office, Morales focuses her practice on elder law and wealth transfer strategies for individuals and families. She guides clients through long-term care and Medicaid planning, as well as probate and guardianship matters. Morales previously served as press and communications secretary and deputy field director for New York State Senator Phil Boyle, where she conducted research and drafted reports on economic development and social justice. She is a member of the Brevard County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and the Elder Law Section; Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; and Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar.
