JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – GrayRobinson is pleased to announce Shareholder Ashlea Edwards has been selected for the American Bar Association (ABA) Young Lawyers Division's 2026 On The Rise: Top 40 Young Lawyers award.
The On The Rise award is presented by the ABA Young Lawyers Division and honors young attorneys around the nation who have distinguished themselves through legal ability, professional accomplishment, pro bono and public service, and impact within their communities and the broader profession.
Based in the firm’s Jacksonville office, Edwards concentrates her practice on labor and employment litigation and compliance counseling, representing employers in matters involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower allegations, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and proceedings before the EEOC, the U.S. Department of Labor, and other administrative bodies. She also represents clients in complex commercial litigation involving contract disputes, litigating cases across Florida in state, federal, and appellate courts and advising clients in various industries. Named the 2025 Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association Woman of the Year, she previously served as president of The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division in 2024-2025.
