GrayRobinson Senior Government Affairs Advisor Blair Hancock Selected to Participate in Leadership Florida Connect Class 16 Program

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – GrayRobinson is pleased to announce Senior Government Affairs Advisor Blair Hancock has been selected to participate in the Leadership Florida Connect Class 16 Program

The Leadership Florida Connect Program is a statewide leadership initiative for professionals ages 25 to 39 that spans industry boundaries, comprising five sessions held in communities across Florida over a nine-month period. Each session focuses on key issues and opportunities specific to the state, and participants join a network of more than 3,300 graduates committed to strengthening Florida's communities.

Hancock is a member of the Government Affairs and Lobbying Section and works with clients across the public and private sectors to develop government relations strategies at the state and federal levels. Her work spans budgeting and appropriations, community project funding, and managing and enhancing congressional relationships for clients in local government, housing, transportation, finance, and higher education. Hancock began her career at the Federal Office of the Florida Governor in Washington, D.C., later served as a legislative fellow for the Florida House of Representatives Economic Affairs Committee, worked with congressional offices on behalf of the University of Florida Office of Federal Relations, and went on to serve at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations. She serves as president of the State Society of Florida and as a trustee of the Florida House on Capitol Hill. Hancock has been named to The Hill's Top Lobbyists list five consecutive years, from 2021 through 2025.
