MIAMI, Fla. – GrayRobinson is proud to announce Shareholder Veronica A. Meza has been named general counsel of the Leadership Florida Board of Directors for the 2026-2027 term.
This leadership role reflects Meza's ongoing commitment to the state of Florida and her dedication to fostering connections among the state's leaders. As general counsel, she will provide legal guidance to the board and help shape the organization's strategic direction as part of its executive committee.
Based in the firm's Miami office, Meza focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, representing clients in disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and corporate and partnership matters. She represents clients at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts and has argued on behalf of clients before the American Arbitration Association and the International Center for Dispute Resolution. A fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (2025) and a graduate of Leadership Florida's Class Connect X (2019) and Leadership Miami's Class XXI (2014), she serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Miami-Dade Chapter, and as a board member of Genesis Hopeful Haven.
