ORLANDO, Fla. – GrayRobinson is proud to announce it has been named among the top law firms in the United States with the highest associate job satisfaction in the BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2026: BTI Survey of Law Firms Where Associates are Happiest, a large-scale independent survey conducted by BTI Consulting Group.
The recognition is based on more than 5,000 organic, unprompted responses from associates at law firms of all sizes across the nation. BTI evaluated firms on seven key drivers of associate satisfaction and retention, including commitment to career acceleration, meaningful and relevant training, high-impact mentoring, clear career growth paths, strong job satisfaction, targeted support for women associates, and having at least one partner actively invested in each associate's success.
The BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2026 is part of BTI Consulting Group's ongoing research into the legal market, covering more than 650 law firms competing for associate talent.
